I don't know where you get the best CBats (A tacky name some Delhi University Folks give) in Delhi but I sure have my most favorite place - Nathu's Sweets in Bengali Market. What really differentiates it is the non-oily perfectly round and fluffy bhatures. Also adds to the class are both sweet and tangy chutneys served with onions.
The latest trip happened with family caught amidst monsoon rains. Its really hard to control the urge after that. But the next question is which are the other super places for Chhole Bhature in Delhi. Here are a few that I have in mind:
1. Sita Ram Diwan Chand - PaharGanj
2. Chache di Hatti - Kamla Nagar
3. Bille di Hatti - Kamla Nagar
4. Kwality - CP
5. Haldiram's
6. Nagpal - Amar Colony
7. Scindia House
8. Radhe Shyam - PaharGanj
Anyone knows of other better place??
Update: We ended up going to Sita Ram Diwan Chand, and loved the place!!
