Pitted Prunes and Chana Daal Salad


Healthy and Yummy Salad

With this recipe we are introducing a close family member, fellow cook and a foodie companion. Thanking Bhabhi - Komal Karkara - for this awesome dish.




Ingredients
1/2 cup Chana Daal  - Boiled
15 pitted prunes cut into small pieces. (You get them at good grocery stores)
1 apple cut into small pieces
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup sweet corn
Very thinly sliced Green Chillies and Ginger flakes
1 Table Spoon Tamrind Water
20 soaked almonds cut into fine pieces
Lemon Juice
Jeera Powder
Salt

Mix all the ingredients and garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.

It’s a taste riot. You will love it.
