These desserts come in many form but we can promise that you haven't tasted anything like this Chocolate Cobbler. The most amazingly sinful chocolate dessert, which is surprisingly easy to make.

1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 cup milk
6 tsp (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup roughly chopped chocolate
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups very hot water

Method
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, icing sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder, espresso powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl whisk together milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

3. Add the liquid mixture to the flour-sugar mixture and stir to combine (the batter will be thick.)

4. Grease baking dish with oil and dust with flour.

5. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

6. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. Sprinkle the brown sugar-cocoa mixture evenly over the batter, followed by the chocolate and walnuts.
