It is the time of home cooking and it is the season of Mangoes. Let's bring these two together to create a classic Indian dessert with a twist.

2 ripe sweet mangoes (pureed)
1 box of condensed milk (400 gms)
180 gms of homemade paneer (Finley grated)
5. Freeze for 2-3 hours and cut and serve

Method
1. In a non stick wok, cook Mango purée for about 5-6 mins to remove its raw flavor
2. Add condensed milk to it and mix well
3. Add paneer and mix. Cook for 13-15 mins to get that desired consistency - dry but not completely devoid of moisture
4. Transfer it to a dish lined with parchment or butter paper and use a spatula to smooth out the top; garnish with pistachio and Cardamom powder
