Nutella Brownie

New house new beginnings! We recently moved to Gurgaon from Delhi and were hosting our first dinner party for friends and family. Being obviously tired from all the packing and unpacking, we were looking for a quick fix to a homemade dessert. Hot brownies go really well with ice creams and make for a great dessert. And this recipe is probably the easiest ever. 3-4 ingredients and 30 minutes is all it takes to get this together. Our guests loved it as much as they loved our new home! Happiness

Ingredients

1 jar of Nutella (350 gms)
3 eggs
1 cup of all purpose of flour (heaped)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts / pecans (optional)

Method

1. Mix all 4 ingredients well in a bowl. Start with the flour, drop in the eggs, then the nutella and finally the walnuts / pecas.

2. In a 10X10 inch dish, grease the dish and pour batter in the dish.

3. You may sprinkle a few nuts on top as well.

4. In a pre-heated oven, bake brownie at 175 degrees till the top layer is crisp for about 18-20 mins.

Serve hot with Vanilla Ice cream and chocolate sauce.
