Greek Yogurt Dip (Tzatziki dip)

Dips are mostly used to increase the flavour of basic ingredients. However, some dips are used to balance the flavours of zesty food. Tzatziki or the greek yogurt dip is exactly that and is made with simple spices. Try it once and you would make it every time for a party at home.

Ingredients:

200 ml hung curd
20 sprigs of mint - chopped and crushed
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 cucumber diced
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients above and the dip is ready.

Serve it cold with Pita chips or any flavourchips
