Karaari Chicken Chaat

Chaat is always vegetarian. Indian chicken dishes are eaten hot and spicy. This dish follows none of these norms! A simple yet zesty dish which will work perfectly as a easy going snack... Comfort food to its core.




Ingredients (serves 8)

1/2 kg chicken boneless - cut into very small pieces
For Marination
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chicken masala
1 tbsp lemon juice

For Chaat
2 onions finely chopped
2 plum tomatoes finely chopped
Green chillies finely chopped
Coriander and mint leaves roughly chopped
Chaat Masala
Salt
Lemon juice

Method

1. Marinate chicken and leave for atleast 2 hrs.

2. Bake chicken in a dish for 20 mins at 200 degrees.

3. Mix chicken with other ingredients. Adjust salt and masala as per taste
